SQL 2008 Active/Passive Cluster - ISCSI connectivity

I have an active/passive cluster that's been running fine for years.  I recently upgraded both front end server and added another processor and bank of memory.  that went completely smoothly and all tests show now HW error.

During the process though I had to unplug the two dedicated nic ports that go to a switch, then to a Dell MD3000 drive array.  These ports use ISCSI for drive access.

I've already had dell look at the MD3000 and it's perfectly fine.  Also, the one active node is running fine.  The passive node though shows a little hour glass under the nodes section in fail over clustering.  When I click on that node, it shows that all network connections for the frontnet and 2 ISCSI connections are down, but they're not.  In fact, the frontnet I'm using to RDC to the machine.  I'm thinking this means the cluster can't use those networks and i don't know what's causing this.

I rebooted the machine and it comes back up int he same state.  I reseated the NIC cables and rebooted, same thing.  These are the 3 error indicators.

Timeout waiting for iSCSI persistently bound volumes. If there are any services or applications
that use information stored on these volumes then they may not start or may report errors.

The cluster resource host subsystem (RHS) stopped unexpectedly. An attempt will be made to restart
it. This is usually due to a problem in a resource DLL. Please determine which resource DLL is
causing the issue and report the problem to the resource vendor.

Cluster resource 'Cluster Disk 5' (resource type '', DLL 'clusres.dll') either crashed or
deadlocked. The Resource Hosting Subsystem (RHS) process will now attempt to terminate, and the
resource will be marked to run in a separate monitor.

So this to me shows that the clustering service is having trouble initiating over these nics and I don't know why.  i can find no other errors in any logs.

Any help is greatly appreciated :)
