System error 1825 has occurred (0x00000721) when adding node to cluster

I have a failover cluster with 2 nodes running server 2008 R2.  Both nodes are connected to a Dell MD3200 via SAS HBAs.  I am attempting to add two additional nodes to the cluster.  The new nodes are the exact same physical server model (all Dell R710) and connected to the same MD3200 via SAS HBA.  The same volumes have been presented to the new servers and they can see the same partitions as the existing nodes.  When I go to add either of the new nodes, I get the following:

PS H:\> cluster /add /node:CCEN0DB801

Configuring node CCEN0DB801
---------------------------------------
12% Validating cluster state on node CCEN0DB801.
25% Getting current node membership of cluster CKAN3DB080.
37% Adding node CCEN0DB801 to Cluster configuration data.
50% Validating installation of the Microsoft Failover Cluster Virtual Adapter on node CCEN0DB801.
62% Validating installation of the Cluster Disk Driver on node CCEN0DB801.
75% Configuring Cluster Service on node CCEN0DB801.
87% Starting Cluster Service on node CCEN0DB801.
100% Waiting for notification that node CCEN0DB801 is a fully functional member of the cluster. This phase has failed for
Cluster object 'CCEN0DB801' with an error status of 1825 (0x00000721).
Cleaning up CCEN0DB801.

System error 1825 has occurred (0x00000721).
A security package specific error occurred.
PS H:\>

When viewing from the failover cluster manager gui, I can see the node appear, go to an up status, then it disappears and I get the above error.  I have run validation and everything passes except for a few exceptions about the storage because the current cluster resources are still online.  Anyone know what I can do to fix this issue and get these two new servers added to the cluster?
