My two parent with WinServer 2010 fail to create cluster

i've two physical servers, and storage.

i want to setup FailOver Cluster with these two nodes, but the the test fail.

I've setup the Node02 as Primary Domain Controller.

Node01 as Backup Domain Controller.

I've created this scenario with WinServer 2008 R2 and is working fine, but here it fails.

What can i do?
