Windows Server 2008 R2 Load Balancer UAC Problem

I am using Administrator account on both servers, turns out when I disable UAC, the load balancer works fine

When I enable UAC, the load balancer gives access denied error, similar to this problem:

How do I enable UAC, yet avoid this problem? I do not want to disable UAC, to solve this problem.
