After configuring NLB RDP connection was lost

Hello,

I configured NLB with the steps in this article http://marcelzehner.ch/2012/07/08/dealing-with-multiple-management-servers-23-load-balance-management-servers/#comment-24457

after adding second server to the NLB RDP connection with first server was lost... It is not pingable by its host name and IP, but I can connect to SCSM using virtual hostname and this name is pingable, why did it happen? Both servers are virtual (VmWare).
