CSV error 5125

Hi,

After creating a cluster 2012 R2 all the validation test run successfully and when I define the CSV disk the following path “C:\ClusterStoragge\Volume1”  became inaccessible and then the Volume 1 disappear, and in the Cluster Management Console the CSV volume shows no access , then I got the following error (event id:5125  Source: Windows-FailoveClustering)
