csv cache performance counters - No data

hi ,

I setup windows server 2012 R2 Cluster hyper-v

csv cache is enabled by default

i need to check performance of enabled CSV Cache but no collected data for the following counters

• Cache IO Read - Bytes : Read I/O satisfied from CSV Cache
• Disk IO Read - Bytes : Read I/O satisfied directly from disk
• IO Read - Bytes : Total Read I/O
