Cluster Shared Volumes creation: No disks suitable for cluster disks were found.

Hello everyone.  I'm having difficulty with a test lab involving Hyper-V and shared storage.  The lab consists of the following:

1 Dell Poweredge 1950 - Windows 2012 AD DS Domain Controller

2 Dell Poweredge 1950 - Windows 2012 Hyper-V hosts (will add a 3rd later for Node Majority Quorum)

1 Coraid EtherDrive SR1521 Storage Appliance

The Hyper-V hosts have the Failover Clustering role installed on each, separate 1Gbps NICs for LAN/management (192.168.1.0/24) and storage access (10.10.10.0/24), and Starwind AOE initiator software installed providing the AOE LUNs to each host.

The failover cluster has been created however it cannot see ANY of the disks/volumes configured.  The cluster validation report cannot find any suitable disks to test.  What gives?  I can provide the validation report if that is helpful.
