We are developing a web site with MVC 2, a WCF-servcie .Net 4 to speak with a SQL-server 2008 R2.
Around 5000 people by day can visit the pages and work in the pages.
We are talking about to host the site in 2 webservers with 4 core each with Windows server 2008 R2 Enterprise clustered.
Does it enough or we need more cores, or more servers?
Can somebody give us an advice?
Should we separate the WCF-service and host it in another webserver? In this case should we focus to have a better performance for the webserver that host the WCF-service than the website?
