Is clustered MSDTC supposed to have the same CIDs?

I have 2 nodes Wndows 2008 Enterprise cluster with clustered MSDTC configuration.  The MSDTC CIDs are the same  and I have tried a number of ways as the suggested on websites.  Somehow, the CID is back to the same one when I rebooted the server.

That makes me wonder if the clustered MSDTC is supposed to have the same CID?  I am new to Windows cluster.  Can anyone help me with this.
