Hyper-V 2012 Server and Cluster Network failover

Hi, I've tested all the points of failure we can have.

I've seen that if I unplug the production nic (on the hyper-v server, not into the VM), the Hyper-V server doesn't failover to another hyper-v server... In fact it's normal because the heartbeat link is on.

But this is not what I want! I've seen a script which test the network card status... I don't want that a script in vbs to control the HA of a VM.

If I replace all the hyper-v 2012 server by windows servers 2012 with hyper-v and clustering, and then I add a "network name" resource in the virtual machine node... Does it enable the network failover?
