I have a failover cluster enviroment Windows 2008 x64 and I receive this error every time I move "File Services & Storage" from one node to other:
Log Name: System
Source: Microsoft-Windows-FailoverClustering
Date: 16/03/2010 7.43.16
Event ID: 1068
Task Category: File Server Resource
Level: Warning
Keywords:
User: SYSTEM
Computer: XXXXXXXXXX
Description:
Cluster file share resource 'FileServer-(ServerName)(Disk n:)' cannot be brought online. Creation of file share 'ShareName$' (scoped to network name ServerName) failed due to error '2'. This operation will be automatically retried.
I think that I receive this damned error because somebody has deleted a folder without disable his share. How can I clean settings to avoid this error everytime I failover resources? I have tried to re-create the share but for the system is already in use...
