Clustered Disk, Shared, reporting incorrect usage. Failover resolves?

I made this post in a separate area, and a reply iwth more detail, but going to combine it.

In the last 10 days, we've had 3 of our critical Windows Server 2008 Enterprise nodes start growing in disk utilization.  At around 12:45AM, we were alerted that there was less than 15% free disk space left.  About 3 hours later, it around 1% free disk space.   This was the online node of a SQL cluster and this disk was a shared clustered disk, so failed over.  When the disk came up on the other node, it showed the proper usage of 30%.

Going to rephrase this question, because maybe it was too much to read in the first post:

This is a LUN presented to a 2008 server and a clustered disk.  It began reporting that it was at 99% capacity, but if you checked with WinDirStat by mounting the drive from another machine, it showed roughly at 30% capcity.  MyComputer/Explorer showed 99%.  When the disk was failed over, it showed 30% capacity again.  Any suggesitons where to look for the answer or possible answers?

Thanks,
