Print server running on Failover Cluster is down

This could be a print server question but I think the root issue has something to do with the Failover Clustering config so I am posting it here. I am running a print server on a 2 node failover cluster running Windows Server 2008 R2. The nodes are running in a virtual environment on ESXi 5.0 with an Equallogic SAN for storage. We upgraded to ESXi 5.0 from 4.1 a couple of weeks ago but otherwise we have been running this configuration for a year or so. I installed the April security updates last night to both nodes with WSUS. Late this afternoon I was notified that some users were unable to print. The print job was being held in the que. The only obvious (to me) error that I see is the Spool folder field on the Advanced tab of the print server properties is blank; I get a pop-up error stating "Server spool directory location is invalid".

I have run the Cluster Validation Wizard a couple of times; the only notification I received was for a couple of unsigned drivers. Everything else check out ok. I noticed the Witness disk was connected to one node and the Shared disk was connected to the other node. Is this normal? Also, under the Storage Summary, free space showing under Total Capacity is 10.31 Gig but Available Capacity shows free space to be 0 bytes. Nothing in the Event Logs is helpful. Does anyone have an idea of how to correct this?

Thank you,
