After installing Server 2008 R2 SP1, when bringing up NLB manager, it shows the node of the machine logged into but will not show the other node in the NLB cluster. In the log list, it shows the following four entries:
- NLB Manager session started
- Loading configuration information from host "host1.contoso.com"
- Loading configuration information from host "host2.contoso.com"
- The RPC server is unavailable for the specified computer. Error connecting to "host2.contoso.com"

The answer was to restart all NLB array members. I rebooted both machines and still have the same problem. How do we fix this issue?
