Fail to create generic script resource in windows2008R2

Hi Guys,

I got a cluster environment for SQL2008R2, and I need configure IIS failover in the same servers. I try to create generic script, however, an error is thrown out. It show me that "The script may not meet all the requirements of a generic script resource，error code 0x80004005". Anybody know this?  The script is  from http://support.microsoft.com/kb/970759/en-us
