I have a cluster that consists of 2 servers, both of them running Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1, joined in a same domain and managed by Failover Cluster Manager.
Recently, I did OS hardening on both of the servers and basically the hardening is about configuring Local Policy of the servers based on the checklist.
After I finish the job, the Failover Cluster Manager is unable to connect to the cluster anymore although the cluster/failover functionality is still up and running. It keeps prompting me error msg "You do not have administrative privilleges on the cluster.
Contact your network administrator to request access" with error code 0x80070005.
Even though I reverted all the values/configuration in Local Policy back to the state of before hardening, the Failover Cluster Manager is still unable to connect to the cluster...
I can't identify which item in Local Policy caused this problem..
Please guide me..
